Delete your account

1. 1Open Aura and tap your profile at the top of Today to open Account.
2. 2Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
3. 3Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away, and you are signed out.

Write to contact@getaurafit.app from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your account: email, first name and sign-in method.
• Your profile, goals, program, sessions, sets, meals, journal entries, body assessments, machine settings and daily conditions.
• Your progress and assessment photos stored with us.
• On the phone where you delete it, the data stored by the app.

• Copies in backups, erased as backups rotate, within 30 days [to be confirmed].
• Support emails you sent us, for up to 3 years.
• Purchase records kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• Content sent for an AI estimate, kept by OpenAI for up to 30 days to detect abuse.

Deleting your account does not cancel Aura Plus. Cancel it first in your Apple Account or Google Play settings, or you will keep being charged.

Account → Export my data saves your log as a file before you delete anything.
